Secondary Charity

In 4éme, children on all sites are involved in a charity project. In recent years British Section children have collected money for Handicap International and the Institut Gustave Roussi.
In 2007, there was a very successful college-wide charity project for Oxfam. The children were delighted to raise an impressive 10,000 euros. This was partly used to build a classroom in Africa. In 2008, during the course of a ‘Development Week’, all college classes researched and debated the most effective ways to spend the money with reference to the Oxfam catalogue.
The Student Council organised a sponsored walk in December, 2007 which raised 1000€ to support a former student who was climbing Mount Kiliminjaro for charity.
