The Lycée International Site

Lycée ChateauThe school is most unusual in educating children from the age of 3 to the age of 18 on the same physical site.  Many schools called lycées only deal with students over the age of 15.  Our International Lycée is a nursery school, primary school and 11 – 18 secondary school all rolled into one, under the authority of a single French headteacher.  There are over 2100 pupils in the French classes, which start in the final year of Maternelle (Year 1) and continue right up to the final year of Secondary (Terminale, or Year 13), when students sit their Baccalaureate.  Over 350 of these students are in the British Section, the largest of the foreign sections.
